问题描述

A用户把缺陷转给B用户后，B用户是处理人，但是B用户在我的工作台-我的待办-缺陷管理中看不到这个缺陷

重现步骤

1.A用户创建一个缺陷，自己是处理人，然后把这个缺陷处理人改为B用户
2.B用户在我的工作台-我的待办-缺陷管理中看不到这个缺陷

期待的正确结果

B用户是缺陷处理人，那么这个缺陷应该属于B用户的待办事项
