rosie: cli enhancements

The rosie go GUI was dropped in Rose 2019.

There are presently no plans to add git support into Rosie so this system is now being sunset as SVN uses transition to Git. As a result there is no plan to re-develop the GUI. The old Python 2 / GTK 2 GUI is now hard to support and likely to become unavailable to many users.

To help reduce the shock of loosing rosie go this issue suggests investigating the existing rosie CLI to see whether there are any functionality gaps or simple usability enhancements which can be made.
