Like in the two argument form of is?
(is (= 4 (+ 2 2)) "Two plus two should be 4")

I couldn't find a way to do the same in testit.

Oh, silly me, the string after fact (or facts) can be used in that way

(fact "Two plus two should be 4"
  (+ 2 2) => 4)
