"Support" javascript add-on for clients to submit feedback

We should have a tiny piece of javascript that sits in the page footer outside of the production environment. Clients can click a button and a textbox should appear, allowing them to submit a Flux ticket via AJAX right from within the app.

The current URL should be sent along with the text.

This library that Google uses is pretty awesome. Maybe we can "screenshot" the entire window and send it as an attach to the Flux issue.
