例えば:

ドメインのような感じで利用者がハッシュタグを登録することができる
グループで管理できる
ハッシュタグの所有者はハッシュタグにメタ情報を含めたりハッシュタグに寄せられたスパムポストを排除できたりする
所有者が解除するか3ヶ月以上ハッシュタグにポストされなかったら自動的に解除される
月額いくらかで提供すると良いかも
