check_relatedness ignores genomebuild #42

Describe the bug
In function "check_relatedness", the variable "genomebuild" is not fed into the function "run_check_relatedness", causing genomebuild to always default to hg19.

Thanks for raising this. Option now correctly passed on and extended for non-human genome builds

I will close this issue once merged with master and available on CRAN
