Refactoring Mezuro Configuration workflow

Mezuro Configuration was implemented according to Noosfero Plugin approach. We need to improve this "process" and implementation on the new Mezuro.

Just one little fix to the concept layout: the CompoundMetricConfiguration has a very important field called script.
