Create tooltips

Would be nice to have some tooltips on the views to explain the fields of each entity.

I'm not sure about how much work you have already done on this, but have a look on what I just remembered: #22

@renancosta is working on something really similar, and already have a ready form with this kind of tooltips.

Would be nice if we can follow his sketches on this as well :)

Actually we already have a working prototype (see commit f1baa62).

Of course we can change the requisite to use this work but I don't know if we could change the requisite on this interaction. Maybe we could close this issue and rewrite this history for the next interaction.

I'm sorry that I've just remembered of this now, but I really think that the way to go right now is following Renan's sketches.

My advise right now is to drop this issue for now, and when we get the other branch merged we can get back to this issue again.
