Version(s) 3.4.0

Summary

We need update jQuery to latest version, as version currently used in the skeleton is very buggy (3.5.0).
For example dropdown menu (for mobiles) does not work at all...

We should also update other assets so we are on the latest stable version - for example bootstrap 4.5.0.
