activate i2c in raspi-config
sudo apt install i2c-tools virtualenv
virtualenv venv
. venv/bin/activate
pip install click scipy gpiozero smbus
stopping sensor and evaluate the last csv file
add this to .bashrc:
alias stp="sudo systemctl stop rowcount; (cd ~; /home/pi/venv/bin/python evaluate.py)"
and then after the workout run stp to get the result.
