Toggle function between "make detail" and "make structural"

That would probably be possible, through we have a shortcut for each function. A toggle would need to use one or even both of those shortcuts, leading to confusion for old-timers used to "blindly" using them, IMO. Maybe for a new toolbar icon instead?
