Umbrella ticket for work we've been doing to map MP (and HPO) terms to published COVID-19 signs and symptoms

The Google doc includes more than just the MP-HPO-COVID-19 mappings. The mappings are on the tab labeled "Terms by system". Terms may appear more than once in the spreadsheet if the term falls under multiple systems.

Spreadsheet was started on July 8, 2020 and is still being revised.

New terms created based on this review may be entered in separate tickets with the "COVID-19" label
