New release incorporating the Flask-SQLAlchemy 3.x changes #192

Now that #186 has landed, we should push a release so folks can use it.

This will likely happen as part of #188 because we'll need to update the project metadata links anyway for PyPI.

If, like myself, you really can't wait for the release to happen, you can always install Flask-DebugToolbar via Git pointing to the latest master commit:

git+https://github.com/pallets-eco/flask-debugtoolbar.git@ce02d2da3c37b3212eebafa9392c429b91d13923#egg=Flask-DebugToolbar

Don't forget to uninstall any previously installed Flask-DebugToolbar version.

I think we're good to go. The action item for this is to create a new release and I believe that ball is in motion since #215 was merged. That begins the process of providing us an automated way to test PRs which will help with quicker turnaround times on releases.
