cmd :

v2rayChecker -vv -s -T 100 --free

output :

DEBUG - Error connecting to SOCKS5 proxy 127.0.0.1:1080 due to: [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Solution :

it is an issue with windows/hyperv

net stop winnat
net start winnat
