Script that tracks the code directory for changes and automatically runs make build and updates webpage

It is excruciating having to run "make build", switch to Chrome, and reload the local website whenever you change a CSS-attribute. It would be nice to have a script that automatically runs "make" when a file has been changed, and that also automatically reloads the webpage.

(entr)[http://entrproject.org/] is now used to run make when a file changes. The browser doesn't reload automatically, but this is good enough for now.
