[BUG] Automatic AGC Gain to low / TX Meter missing scale (fixed)

Hello,

since 2.10.3.5 beta 1 and 2 the automatic AGC reduces gain more agressive than in 2.10.3.4.

For example, two screenshots taken at same time / band:

2.10.3.4 / AGC Gain 66 / A-ATT -28

2.10.3.5 BETA 2 / AGC Gain 46 / A-ATT -28

TX Meter is missing the scales since 2.10.3.5:

2.10.3.4

2.10.3.5 BETA 2

today I tried 2.10.3.5 beta 4.
Tx Meters are working fine now, but Gain is still reduced as in 2.10.3.5 beta 1.

Again two screenshots taken at same time / band:

2.10.3.4 / AGC Gain 58 / A-ATT -9

2.10.3.5 BETA 4 / AGC Gain 36 / A-ATT -13

For the first seconds gain at 2.10.3.5 BETA 4 is adjusted around 58 as in 2.10.3.4, but then it is reduced to 36.
