What component is this related to?

Data Tables

Why do we need it?

Since the v2 functionality is now within canary, the additional code snippets need to be added to the guidance site.
The new functionality includes:

Default Empty State
Slotted Empty State
Loading state
Updating state
Links and Elements in data
Custom icons
Custom Row Heights
Custom Title Bar
