Page should update dynamically to a "preview inactive" state after release goes into production and before the next sandbox preview instructions blog is posted #13

If someone visits this page during and immediately following R1/R2 until information for the following releaase is available, it should give them only general information about what release the sandbox they looked up is on and approximately when they should return and run the tool to get information about the next release. The preview/non-preview option boxes could either be hidden or be converted to past tense (e.g. if you had wanted to participate in the preview, you would have needed to refresh this sandbox before dd/mm")
