Add page menu to site

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently have undocumented feature. And existing UI does not support easy display of additional features.

Describe the solution you'd like
Provide a hamburger like menu to the site, that will work equally well on the web as well as on mobile.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Provide a link/feature section is a possibility but didn't seem effective.

Additional context
Improve overall navigation of the site and make feature easier discoverable for all users.
