When a user types !theme current in chat, the wrong extension id is returned within the link, resulting in a 404

Example

The current theme is Abyss. You can find it on the VS Code Marketplace at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=vscode.theme-abyss

This seems to happen with themes that are built in to VS Code by default.
