Should an About page be created?

Should the website have an About page providing general information about the organization?

I think this is a must for launch possibly replacing the members button for now or adding a new one

We could replace "Home" with "About", and make the header / logo link back to "/"

I think the header/logo definitely needs to link to the index, but I don't necessarily think we should replace the Home link with About.
