Currently, make fails because MICRO_0000405 used itself in its own definition, which is prohibited by ODK quality assurance. Solution:

Remove equivalent class axiom of MICRO_0000405 (especially phrase: and has shape some MICRO_0000405), and remove the subclass acioms MICRO_0000405 sub has sape some MICRO_0000405.
