Markdown: Underscores in links are treated as emphasis

I couldn’t see this issue recorded elsewhere in this issues repo, but pretty sure it’s been mentioned a number of times before, and I came across it again today.

Take a look at this screenshot:

The link is shown as: https://inessential.com/2019/09/04/onthemanynetnewswirefeature_requests
The link should be: https://inessential.com/2019/09/04/on_the_many_netnewswire_feature_requests

The link text is also not hyperlinked, perhaps because of this issue, but I’m unsure about that.
