Light/Dark partial conversion in iOS app

When os switches from light to dark, micro.blog often only partially changes.

For example, this morning, I started a post while in dark mode, then the system switched, and most of micro.blog window switched (borders, post text colors, etc.) but not all of it (post background). So basically I had "light" surroundings and basically black-on-black text and compose area.

Similar things happen at the other end of the switch.
