Duplicates in Discovery Emoji and Feeds

This is a known issue, one (I believe) being handled via manual remediation today (and thus does not address the issue in feeds).

Duplicate posts can happen when (for example) a micro.blog account is followed as well as their hostname. I have seen as much as 3 cases of a post in an emoji feed before.

It seems this could be automated?
