Array notation / PHP version

The composer.json allows for 5.3, in line 126 of Parser.php the new array notation that breaks in PHP < 5.4 is being used.

Thanks for the heads-up and apologies for the delay in responding, I’ve been away for three weeks. This is a silly mistake I keep making, I shall fix it and build a 5.3 test into my release workflow.
