Note:

• Tests had 100% coverage before. Now we have a coverage of 98.36% (6/365). Due to lack of time I won't be able to fix this soon.
• $meta were not allowed anymore as manifest server property so it were simply deleted + the appropriate test were removed

I tried to get this fixed but it really got lost in the Hapi eco system which is hard to understand if you don’t use it on a regular basis.

So I will merge this as it is and prepare a release.

Im not sure about the future of this project though. Currently thinking about a rewrite and replace with a simpler framework like Express or Fastify 🤔
