OpenRewrite recipe to migrate from Guice to Micronaut Guice

Issue description

Hi there,

considering that there will probably have much interest in migrating between Guice and Micronaut Guice for those using Guice 7.0.0 or targeting exclusive Jakarta namespace (and so would upgrade to Guice 7.0.0), I suggest the creation of a OpenRewrite recipe for that purpose.

Considering also the precedence of recipes for Micronaut (https://micronaut.io/2023/07/14/upgrade-to-micronaut-framework-4-with-openrewrite-and-maven/) and the expertise, it could be a welcome of sorts for projects that are not using Micronaut now, but can come because of this.

For one, I will be advocating in my current company that we migrate from Guice to Micronaut Guice and will probably in the same migration use Micronaut AOP.

I hope more people see this and come to put the thumbs up :)
