Rollback Support

Issue description

I am looking for information on how the Micronaut Liquibase plugin supports rollback. Looking at the docs it isn't mentioned. Looking at liquibase it supports rollback via a maven plugin but it looks like this would not work with the micronaut configured datasources. Is there a built in way to run liquibase rollbacks via Micronaut or is this something I have to implement manually myself.
