Hi I'm making a filter with the PNP Search parts, it only shows 2 filters while i have 8. I did everything right with the refinable strings i think. I need some help with it. Here are screenshots from it.

If someone could help me thru screensharing would be awesome! I'm kinda in a hury to fix this.

Hi @ccvision, did you:

  • Connect the filters WP to the search results WP?
  • Reindex site where the metadata are used and make sure at least one document in tagged with these values?

Hi @FranckyC its already connected to each other, look at my screenshots.
I think that there are not enough docs tagged, since we have a lot of tags.
I'll try and take a look at it tomorrow ill keep ya posted.

Likely related to #2096, when we send a the refinement value which starts with a special character which is a product bug which will get a fix rolled out.
