I tried to lunch the latest version for mac, and I'm getting the error above :

Sorry for the problem. We have a new emulator build system coming that should solve this. In the meantime, we're recommending affected Mac users build and run from source. https://github.com/Microsoft/BotFramework-Emulator/wiki/How-to-Contribute#build-and-run-from-source
