Need offline UI: Meta-retry button

Original issue is #135, which has been split into multiple issues.

When reconnecting to the bot (after the connection has been interrupted), do we need to have a "meta-retry" button? The user can click on it and it will "retry" on all failed-to-send activities.

• Is this a feature that we need? (discuss!)
  • If yes, we will need:
    • Design specs
    • Acceptance criteria
    • T-Shirt Sizing, Priority (marked as P2 for now, please update as more information is available)
  • If no, we can close this bug.

@corinagum Again, sorry I didn't see this bug. Can we follow the instructions in #1521? I think you have designs from @DesignPolice, yeah?

@mewa1024 this particular feature hasn't been discussed in detail yet. It's in regards to a big retry button that will retry all messages that failed while there was a connectivity error. This is unrelated to #1521 where a retry button was going to be applied to reconnecting to Web Chat.

@corinagum oh, hence the "meta". I thought it was the "retry" text/button that appeared in the timestamp of each failed message.
I think the per-message link in the timestamp would suffice. Do you have examples of a global retry button? @DesignPolice have you seen examples of this? My initial reaction is that a Retry all button will be chaotic. Does it send all the failed messages at once?

Closing this issue - there doesn't seem to be much interest in an implementation. :) We can always reopen if folks have a change of heart.
