Feature Request

@mingweiw: This will help servicing Web Chat in the long term and reduce chores.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The embed assets are currently building locally. We could create an Azure Pipeline to build the asset.

The artifacts will not be automatically deployed, same as today.

Describe alternatives you have considered

Building the assets locally is not reproducible and has risks on reversibility of deployments.
