Building a project under a folder with escaped spaces skips scripts #408

  • SqlPackage or DacFx Version: Build SDK 0.1.14-preview
  • .NET Framework (Windows-only) or .NET Core: .NET Core
  • Environment (local platform and source/target platforms):

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Unzip attached demo folder
  2. Run dotnet build in both of the contained folders with the projects (which are the same aside from the name)

For the NoSpaces one it builds as expected (verified through Model.xml that objects are included).

For the With Spaces one it seemingly builds fine, but then the Model.xml doesn't have any of the objects - so it seems like it's completely skipping over them.
