The connect screen you're looking at in the last picture is looking for an access token. To get an access token click the button labeled "ACCESS KEYS" in the top right.

I'll look into the Win32Exception that you're getting. Thank you for the informative picture.

Hey, I am unable to find out what was causing the issue here. Do you have the HResult of the Win32Exception?

Closing this due to inactivity. This issue was most likely caused by improper development environment configuration.
