Installation file in subfolder

Some application files requires certain folder structure and installation file is some times located in subfolder.
This tool requires that installation file is in root of folder structure.
You can workaround this using dummy file in root folder but it would be nice to define the real installation file.

We’ve decided to open source the Intune application packaging and publishing component of our Microsoft 365 Management Suite which has the same functionality as this tool. You can find the repository here: https://github.com/simeoncloud/IntuneAppBuilder. It allows for the functionality you are asking for.
