Remaining Teams resources not yet reported: Test-DSCConfiguration reports not in desired state if policy is removed

Description of the issue

Along with all the other issues I already raised these resources mentioned below also have the same issue, when resource is deleted then Test-DSCConfiguration reports that resource is not in desired state.
