What's the point of this repository?
The plugin source code is located at https://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/editors/josm/plugins/MicrosoftStreetside where we (the JOSM team) have already performed several bugfixes and localization updates: this repo is outdated.
Plus, the plugin jar file is released at https://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/editors/josm/dist/MicrosoftStreetside.jar
