The Build option button remains disabled, even when the project can be built using the Unity build menu for HL / Immersive
Expected Behavior
Build button on the MRTK Build Window should be active for the UWP platform
Actual Behavior
Button is disabled
Steps to reproduce
1: Create a new project
2: Import the 2017.2.1.4-rc package
3: Apply the MR Project settings from the MRTK menu
4: Apply the MR Scene settings from the MRTK menu
5: Save scene and add to build settings
6: Open the MRTK Build window
7: Observe button is disabled
*Note, after manually doing a build, the button becomes active :S

It's because the bool check for the ability to build is expecting a wsa cert path, that's not set. I'll be sure to port that from my build tooling update in dev.
