Steps to reproduce

Title is pretty self explanatory. Apologies if this bug has been reported previously

End goal is for CTRL + TAB <-> CTRL + ALT functionality to be swapped but can't even get one to work

✔️ Expected Behavior

CTRL + TAB cycles through windows

❌ Actual Behavior

CTRL + TAB cycles through tabs

Other Software

SharpKeys 3.9 swapped left ALT <-> CTRL

First of all, if you already have swapped ALT and CTRL then CTRL + TAB <-> ALT+ Tab should already work.
Usually, it's a bad idea to use few keyboard managers as they can conflict as in your case.

If you want to swap CTRL + TAB <-> ALT + TAB with PowerToys Keyboard Manager remove SharpKeys's remapping.
Also, you can swap keys in the Keyboard Manager as well.
