Touchpad gesture manager #11927
Comments
Issue is a duplicateThank you for your issue! We've linked your report against another issue #2682 Thanks for helping us to make PowerToys a better piece of software. |
Duplicate of #2682 |
@YexuanXiao the settings depend on your type of touchpad, but with the right device the are many settings. Even so much as settings as opening an app or custom hotkey for five gestures with three fingers. Can you check your settings window, maybe there is a hyperlink "advanced settings"? If not, it can mean your type of touchpad does not support more settings, but I can't judge that here and now. If you want more, maybe you could try to find a loose, wireless touchpad. |
Issue #4484 is also about touchpad gestures, maybe one of the comments has some info that helps you? |

Description of the new feature / enhancement
More complex touchpad gesture manage, such as more complex finger combinations, or opening applications or executing commands through different combinations.
Scenario when this would be used?
Windows' touchpad gestures are very minimal, even in Windows 11. I wish PowerToys would support more complex settings to better utilize the Windows touchpad!
