Steps to reproduce

I had a prompt appear saying that not all of my files were indexed, and to click there to index all files. I clicked prompt and a "Something Went Wrong" dialogue appeared.

✔️ Expected Behavior

A redirect to settings or a prompt to index my files.

❌ Actual Behavior

A something went wrong dialogue
