Custom keyboard shortcut to move window between zones

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Users should be able to set their own keyboard shortcut to move windows between zones without overriding Windows snap.

This would allow users the option of using a keyboard shortcut for Windows snap and FancyZones rather than having to choose one over the other.

Scenario when this would be used?

• When users wish to make use of Windows snap and FancyZones without using the mouse

As I said in the issue, I think users should be able to set a separate shortcut for moving between zones so that they can still use Win + Left/Right to use Windows snap.

Suggestion from @ThoAppelsin from #13722 for default settings and configurable actions:

• ⊞ Win+Shift+arrow, which will override the shortcuts to move windows across the monitors (which they may not have anyway) and to maximize-but-only-vertically,
• ⊞ Win+Ctrl+arrow, which will override the shortcuts to switch virtual desktops (which they may not be using anyway),
• ⊞ Win+Ctrl+Shift+arrow or ⊞ Win+Alt+arrow, which will keep all the originals.
