Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be nice to start my PC and have my Apps assigned always to to the same zones.
How much time we would save by not ordering our desktop every time we boot?

Additionally, possibility to assign in shortcut, when a program is launched, always the same zone.

Scenario when this would be used?

Every time I boot
