Running as admin

Keyboard Manager

Steps to reproduce

  1. Remap some keys with Keyboard Manager.
  2. Use the key on web-browsers, Word, Excel, or Windows explorer.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Remapped key [VK 242] works as other keys ( [Apps/Menu] , [Alt] , and more ).

❌ Actual Behavior

It becomes a fixed key state.

I also have this problem.
In Japan, VK242 is usually used for Katakana/Hiragana/Romaji key.
It relates to Japanese IME.

The pink circle is Katakana/Hiragana/Romaji key in the Japanese 109 keyboard.
