Description of the new feature / enhancement

There are some windows that we use on all virtual desktops, e.g. the browser. For that, we have enabled "Show this window on all desktops".

Now, when we switch between virtual desktops, we would like that browser window to adjust its position based on the FancyZone it has been assigned to. The dimensions of that window may be different per virtual desktop. On Desktop 1 it takes 25% width, on Desktop 2 it takes 50%.

The same window should automatically reposition itself. Is there a way to achieve this?

Scenario when this would be used?

See above.

tl;dr

We do share the Edge browser across all virtual desktops. On Desktop 1, the browser window should only take 25% width, on Desktop 2 it should take 50% width. The size of the browser window should automatically resize when we switch between virtual desktops.

At first, according to the documentation, it's possible to move a window between virtual desktops, no problem with it.

But I think it would be better to have a separate PowerToy. To allow this feature, we'll need to add a completely new type of behavior to FancyZones that make it overloaded.

There are already similar requests, so we can combine these ideas to a new PowerToy module.
