Shortcut Guide appearing when swapping between fancy zones

Steps to reproduce

Fancy Zones enabled with Override Windows Snap, "Move Windows based on Zone Index", Move windows between zones across all monitors
Shortcut Guide enabled with "Hold Down Windows Key", 2000ms duration before showing.

When switching an app between zones with the shortcut Windows + Left or Right arrow, sometimes the Shortcut Guide is displayed.

Hold windows key down and do not release at all.
Whilst holding down, tap left or right arrows several times with different durations between taps
At some point Shortcut guide will still appear.

• This does not appear to happen when Fancy Zones is disabled *

✔️ Expected Behavior

Shortcut guide should not be displayed once another key (e.g. left or right arrow) has been pressed following Windows key being pressed

❌ Actual Behavior

Shortcut guide sometimes interrupting moving of windows between fancyzones.

I've updated to 0.53.1 and rebooted, and am still able to reproduce.

Exact steps to reproduce are as follows:

• Open a window e.g. This PC
• Hold Windows key
• wait say 500ms and then press left arrow or right arrow
• wait say 500ms and then press left arrow or right arrow
• Shortcut guide will then appear

If you minimise the 500ms in the above e.g.

• Hold windows key
• keep tapping left arrow x 20 times without any delay
  then it "appears" to be fine, however it looks like the shortcut guide may still be appearing for a split second before being closed by the next key press - I can't 100% confirm this is the case as it is so quick.

I just managed to repro this on first execution for just snapping. I don't think we cancel stuff.

I got excited at the mention of some changes to keyboard hooks, but this is still an issue in v0.77.0 :(
