Provide shortcut (Alt + ` ) to switch between windows of the current app

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Macs have had this feature forever: You can use Alt-Tab to switch between applications, but you can also Alt-` (backtick) to switch between windows of the current application. Word, or (ahem) Chrome, or Windows Terminal... we all use multiple windows for these, constantly.

Right now, to find that browser window that's buried under all the rest, you have to either pound on Alt-Tab a bunch of times (they're listed in recency of use -- so, the one you really want is not going to be near the beginning, it's exactly the opposite) or go get a helper app like Alt-Tab Terminator (which works pretty well, but has a couple of bugs, is somewhat fly by night, and costs $20).

Scenario when this would be used?

Power users run applications with multiple windows open at the same time. But this means they must be accessed and kept track of. It's easy to lose sight of one. Windows helps us out here, by providing thumbnails of them as we mouseover the app icons in the task bar.

But: another thing power users do is not use the mouse when they don't have to. Hence the need for this shortcut. It's crazy that, after all these years, it's still not built into Windows out of the box.
