Steps to reproduce

1. Open a MDI frame based application
2. Open a popup window with maximizing and resizing allowed
3. Try to snap this window

It had been working until two weeks ago.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The popup window should be snapped into a zone

❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing happen, rightclick doesn't open zone selector.

What was your previous version? Did you recently update?

I think this is a "child window" and (a while ago) a change - #14222 - has been made to exclude these from FancyZones. Don't know if this would be reverted. Somebody like @SeraphimaZ or @crutkas would have to make that decision.

We will correct the issue with a setting to both allow / disallow child windows to snap.
