Description of the new feature / enhancement

If possible please upgrade the Settings application from using the Windows Desktop Runtime 3.1.22 runtime to use the Windows Desktop Runtime 6.0.2.

Scenario when this would be used?

This would respect the user's disk space (200MB), simplify install requirements and I'd expect it to help to unify the code base.

@jaimecbernardo this should be good now, am i right? I uninstalled .NET Core and Visual C++ Runtime 2008 before installing PT 0.58 like yesterday and the installer deals with the neccessities - these two didn't return...

Yes, this one has been committed. It's fixed then.
